We're on the lookout for a Paid Search Specialist (title flexible: Manager, Expert, Strategist—you name it).

As our Paid Search Specialist, you'll be at the helm of managing and optimising paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
You'll leverage your analytical skills and deep knowledge of digital marketing to drive business results while building strong relationships with our clients.
What You'll Do: Develop and execute paid search campaigns across various platforms.Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and optimise creative to maximise campaign performance.Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued success.What You Bring: 4+ years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience with Google & Bing Ads, including complex account management.Experience with Analytics platforms such as GA4.Data Visualisation & Dashboard tools.Familiarity with Shopify or similar website management platforms.A strong agency background with experience in client communication.A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a knack for managing budgets and making data-driven decisions.An openness to exploring new strategies and working collaboratively with the team to bring ideas to life.Why Work With Us?
