We are looking for a dynamic Paid Ads & SEO Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and client-focused specialist with a deep understanding of both paid and organic search strategies.
The role is a 50/50 split between SEO and SEM, so hands-on experience in both areas is essential.
You will work directly with clients, using your solid business acumen and technical expertise to drive search performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities: Implement, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, X and Reddit. Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Semrush) to report on organic search metrics and performance. Develop and execute strategies to improve rankings, keyword strategy, domain authority, and link-building initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaign objectives are met. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for search marketing. Analyse campaign data and prepare detailed reports to showcase ROI and performance metrics. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience developing and implementing SEO strategies. 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads (SEM). Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword strategy, domain authority, and link-building. Experience using SEO tools like Semrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Experience in the Australian Healthcare market is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
