What You Will Be Working On
Assist in front-of-house and manage operations alongside the Venue Manager (VM).
Oversee catering operations: contribute to menu development, roster casual kitchen staff, and supervise food presentation.
Support team management: rostering, training, and maintaining high service standards.
Act as Venue Manager in the VM's absence to ensure operational continuity.
Address client enquiries and event-day issues with effective solutions.
Follow up and manage client feedback effectively.
