Burger Urge - Assistant Venue Manager DFO :
Burger Urge (BU) has been making delicious and juicy burgers for 16 years

We use premium local ingredients for our delicious, classic, and on-trend recipes.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.
We don't want a clipboard manager - we want someone who is motivated, hardworking, and embraces change.
As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining our facilities.
What are we seeking?
A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service A track record of working towards KPI's and meeting financial targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for driving change and continuous improvement Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment A hands-on and can-do attitude Burger Urge Perks
