With a strong focus on cutting-edge music, vibrant events, and exceptional entertainment, we are looking for an experienced Bookings Manager to take our events and talent programming to the next level.The Role :As the Bookings Manager, you will be the driving force behind our venue's entertainment lineup.
You will source, book, and manage promoters, DJs, and other talent to create high-quality, on-brand experiences that keep our venue packed week after week.
The role requires someone with strong industry connections, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for music and nightlife culture.This is not a role for someone to book a few DJs each week and release a gig flyer; this is a role for a dedicated industry professional who needs to be the driving force behind a venue's success.About You :Proven experience in talent bookings, artist management, or a similar role within the nightlife or hospitality industry.Strong network of promoters, artists, and entertainment professionals, particularly within the Sydney and Australian music scenes.Passion for music, events, and nightlife with a solid understanding of current music trends and niche genres.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly to changes, and deliver outstanding events.Proficiency with event management tools, budgets, and scheduling software is a plus.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.What We Offer :A dynamic and creative working environment at one of Sydney's top nightlife venues.Opportunities to build and foster relationships with industry leaders, artists, and networks.Performance-based remuneration with incentives tied to event performance.A chance to lead and shape the entertainment calendar for a growing venue with an established reputation.How to Apply :If you're passionate about music, nightlife, and delivering top-tier entertainment, we'd love to hear from you
