Our team of elite Consultants is the lifeblood of our company.
Their primary function is to speak to warm prospects that we acquire through our various marketing methods and schedule them in for a tailored appointment with one of our Senior Property Specialists.
You will be one of the first points of contact with our warm prospects so it is essential that you are warm, caring, sharp, and professional.
Primary Responsibilities:Embody company valuesSupport and grow the team cultureHit KPIs for the number of set appointments per dayManage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long-term period, following them up to schedule them for appointmentsGenerate new prospects from referralsProactively find improved ways to achieve higher success for yourself and the team Key Skills, Experience & Qualities:Sales experience is greatly valuedStrong communication skillsConfidentBe coachableHardworking and committedProficient with standard computer systemsExperience with CRM systems is valued but not essentialSets high goals and commits to achieving themResults-oriented and passionate about what you doTake pride in your work Note: Include your LinkedIn Account in your Resume
