Sales Consultant - Hygiene - SydneyDo you have 2+ years' experience in B2B Sales?Do you thrive in hunting new business and love smashing your sales targets?Are you a team player wanting to build a rewarding sales career?We are looking for 2 motivated, dynamic Sales Consultants to join our award-winning Hygiene team on a full-time, permanent basis with two territories up for grabs
One covering the west and one covering north with the office based in Lidcombe.
If you love to win, have great people and communication skills and the drive and hunger to succeed, then you could be our next sales superstar.This role plays a crucial part in keeping companies, individuals, and Australia hygienic, healthy, and protected from disease.
Your responsibilities will include using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your sales territory, as well as maintaining an existing portfolio.
You will be responsible for covering one of the two territories:West territory: Kemps Creek, Bankstown, Auburn, and CamdenNorth territory: Northern Beaches, Berowra, Castle Hill, and Artarmon.You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team who are highly motivated and focused on achieving results.
You will receive full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Sales Manager and the Sales Team.We will provide you with a competitive base salary, highly rewarding uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140k+ (with our top-performing sales consultants earning $160k pa), company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and ongoing coaching and development.Your responsibilities will include:Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling, converting online leads, visiting customer sites, and moreDeveloping and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targetsBuilding strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipelineIdentifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful salesWorking collaboratively with our amazing technicians to support them in delivering more sales leads for you to convertThe ideal candidate will possess:Proven track record in B2B SalesA drive to win in the market and the hunger to exceed their goalsHighly successful at converting clientsA track record of meeting and exceeding their sales KPIsDriven by data and building a network of relationshipsExcellence in cold-calling & planning for the sales territoryGood understanding of business clients in SydneyAutonomous and thrive on challengesAdditional skills include:Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skillsA competitive nature and desire to be the bestVersatility to build rapport with people at all levelsCommercial acumenWhat's in it for you:Opportunity to work for a global organisation that is a leader in its industryBase salary + uncapped commission means that your earning potential is in your hands (earn from $140k pa to $160k pa)Established brand and job security in an essential industry, with a long history of success and stabilityPlay a crucial role in keeping companies, individuals, and Australia hygienic, healthy, and protected from diseaseRecognition and appreciationWork-life balanceFamily culture and co-workers who love what they doOngoing coaching and developmentCareer progression opportunities within a large global organisation with a strong track record of employee development and promotionAbout UsRentokil Initial is an international business services company employing over 65,000 colleagues across more than 95 countries.
