Leading Refrigeration Service Technician

Jet Refrigeration boasts a group of seasoned and highly sought after Technicians and Commissioners who specialise in Supermarket Refrigeration and HVAC Systems.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Refrigeration / HVAC Service Technician to head our Service Team.
As an essential part of our team, you will take the lead in guiding our service technicians, whilst at the same time delivering top-notch maintenance, repair, and installation services for a variety of commercial refrigeration and mechanical systems.
You will collaborate with our administration and operations team on a daily basis to ensure that tasks are running efficiently and that the service team has all the resources they require to fulfil their duties.
Key Responsibilities: Refrigeration & Mechanical Service and Maintenance DutiesAssist with coordinating the daily activities of the service team and monitor job progressProvide technical guidance and support to technicians and our sub-contractorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesConduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledgeMaintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and provide expert adviceAssist with evaluating team performance and implement strategies for improvementPrepare reports on service operations and recommend process improvementsEngage in site inspections to facilitate the preparation of quotationsWork with our Operations Team and Office Admin to guarantee accurate ordering and delivery of partsThe right person MUST hold:
UEE32211 Certificate III in Air-conditioning and RefrigerationWhite CardNSW Drivers LicenceQualifications: Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and electrical componentsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyExperience in similar roleProficient in using service management software and scheduling tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
