We are seeking a Team Leader with urban, land or subdivision experience to join our Community Development team of engineers, designers, and drafters in our Perth office.
In this role, you will manage the civil design and documentation on a variety of urban, land, and subdivision projects in both the public and private sectors, across an extensive local and regional client portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to resolve design constraints, coordinate projects, interface with various disciplines, and deliver projects with the support of a multi-disciplinary team dispersed across the state.
In this Team Leader role, you will have the opportunity to be the 2IC for technical design, section management, and strategic direction of this team.
You will represent the company externally to clients and play a senior and active role in managing these relationships.
You will enjoy a diverse position and will need to have the ability to multitask and share your time between project involvement, business development, group performance, staff management, and management responsibilities.
