Your key responsibilities include: Leading project discovery sessions and delivering project plans Process mapping and workflow design Project management including managing project deadlines, risks and budget System configuration and data migration Form and report customisation End user training focusing on client-specific workflows (to supplement and reinforce our online end user training) Escalation point for post go-live support for first 30 days Updating reports and dashboards based on live client data before closing out the project Informative handover of the client to our support and success teams Whole-of-business systems exposure to clients who are running bigger and more connected businesses with MYOB's cloud ERP Friendly and supportive team environment that embraces diversity and innovative ideas Paid MYOB Advanced Certifications Induction program for your first 150 days followed by a Performance & Development Plan (PDP) that takes into account your skills, strengths and interests Career pathway: Client Onboarding Senior Consultant, Client Success Consultant, module specialisation within existing role Your Experience 4+ years experience implementing a mid-tier ERP system for manufacturing businesses (MYOB Advanced, Acumatica, MYOB Exo, Pronto, Greentree, Sybiz, Accpac, SAP B1, Sage, MS Nav, MS GP, Net Suite) Excellent project management and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
