You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in a program team, leading data analysis and migration in the Data Workstream. Your skills in technical analysis, data quality, and end-to-end data migration projects will be crucial for executing data initiatives accurately, ensuring the program's success.Your role involves leading data migration analysis, strategy, and execution to ensure data integrity and seamless transition. You will work with stakeholders to compare current and desired processes, focusing on data migration, and set requirements aligned with program goals and compliance. Your efforts are crucial for a successful and smooth transition to new systems.Your role includes leading the refinement of data migration features for the Fen-X SaaS solution and managing stakeholder relationships across Macquarie to ensure alignment. Effective leadership, collaboration, and communication are vital to drive the data migration project, meet objectives, and add value. Your efforts are key to the program's successful data migration implementation.What you offerDemonstrated expertise in leading data migration projects, ideally with experience in the migration of the Fen-X SaaS solution provided by Fenergo.A track record of working on digitalization or transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on data migration and system integrations.Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging and aligning various groups towards common goals.Experience working in an Agile environment and leading distributed teams across different time zones.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead from the front in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusionWe are committed to providing a working environment that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
