As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Multi-Site Manager to join our team in this newly developed role to oversee the smooth operation of our retail stores across NSW.
The Opportunity As our Multi-Site Manager, you will be based out of our Bondi Boutique and be responsible for leading the operations of our NSW Elka Collective stores, ensuring consistency and excellence across all 6 locations. You will play a key role in driving sales, developing and mentoring teams and store managers, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every touch point.
You'll need to be a natural leader with a passion for retail, a strong understanding of fashion, and the ability to drive operational success in a contemporary brand. This role requires someone with experience in managing teams across multiple sites, who is proactive, organised, has a high level of attention to detail, and is able to work independently while being collaborative.
To achieve the above, you:
Are a passionate brand ambassador for Elka CollectiveLead and manage the daily operations of Elka Collective Bondi BoutiqueDrive sales performance through effective team management, visual merchandising, and customer service initiativesRecruit, train, and develop store managers and retail teams, fostering a positive and motivated working cultureEffectively manage the wage costs across NSW territory back with store managersCollaborate with the Head of Retail on strategic planning, stock management, and promotional activitiesClosely monitor store sales performance – acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvementEnsure execution in store is of exceptional standard across the stateMonitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback to store managers, implementing strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for business growth and market expansion within the retail spaceEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all timesYou bring to the team: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or locationsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with customersPassionate about fashion, with a deep understanding of current trends and the Elka Collective brandProven ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs in a retail environmentStrong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to think strategically, problem-solve, and implement solutions effectivelyFlexibility to work across multiple locations in Sydney as neededJust some of the benefits of joining Elka Collective: New starter wardrobeGenerous quarterly wardrobe allowance to encourage you to wear our brand to workTraining and development – we want you to grow and get the most out of your roleMonthly bonus incentive (rewards based on KPI achievement)Employee Assistance Program with free access to Mental Health Professionals for when times are toughFree flu vaccinesGenerous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands That's up to 50% off Superdry, Hush Puppies, Clarks, Julius Marlow, Elka Collective and many moreTo apply:
