Strata Insurance Manager

Civium is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our expanding Insurance Strata team at our Canberra office.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in insurance renewals, nurturing relationships with our partnering broker, policy management, claims processing, general administration, and top-notch client service.
Your communication skills will shine as you interact with internal staff, insurance providers, and clients alike.
Operating within a collaborative team environment, we expect you to embody commitment, loyalty, and a proactive team spirit while adhering to our office routines and procedures, all while keeping our overarching business objectives in mind.
Key Responsibilities:Delivering comprehensive reports to Executive Committee members regarding insurance renewalsEngaging with property owners to clarify insurance policy detailsProficiently interpreting relevant legislationLiaising with Owners Corporations as necessaryMaintaining accurate property information recordsProviding claims assistance to our partnering brokerOverseeing claims progress until resolutionManaging insurance documentation filing systems and procedures, including policies and invoicesExperience:Highly regarded: 1-2 years experience in an insurance industryDemonstrated understanding and working knowledge of strata-specific legislation in the assigned state/territoryExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to promptly respond to emergencies and adapt to changes as neededIf you're ready to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the insurance strata realm, apply now to join Civium
