Senior Property & Leasing Manager for Commercial Offices and RetailAbout the role
Henkell Brothers Investment Managers Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager & Leasing professional to join their team in Fitzroy, Victoria.
This is a full-time role, managing a portfolio of commercial office and retail properties.
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client service, maintaining high occupancy rates, and driving strong financial performance for the properties under your management.
What you'll be doing Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial office, retail and residential properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and tenant relationships are strong.Oversee the leasing process for vacant spaces, including sourcing and qualifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and managing the lease execution process.Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote available properties and attract high-quality tenants.Conduct regular property inspections, address tenant concerns, and coordinate maintenance and repair work.Collaborate with the broader team to identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation and growth.What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, including current trends, legislation, and best practices.Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.Proficiency in utilising property management software and other relevant technology.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.Tertiary qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.Strong knowledge of the Retail Leases Act and Residential Tenancies Act.At Henkell Brothers Investment Managers, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment and offer a competitive salary.
