From our initial interaction with our clients, we take them through an education process, through to strategy development which acts as the foundations to facilitate their goals - with a heavy emphasis on enabling them to build a property portfolio.

Ultimately, you are the first point of contact in assisting people achieve their financial goals
This is NOT a cold calling role, you will be dialing predominantly hot, warm, inbound inquiries with a focus on understanding more about the client and their goals.
The role also involves:
Meeting with clients and providing a strategic investment planAssessing leads' financial suitability for a Face to Face consultation, including serviceability and current financial obligations.Selling off-the-plan land and build packageWorking with clients, builders, and brokersParticipating in all training sessions and absorbing all supporting material to aid role development.Meeting and exceeding personal sales targetsKeeping detailed notes in the CRM for every attempted contact with a prospectEnsuring accurate statistics are recorded and maintained in the CRMPreparing in advance for all daily huddles and check-ins with the teamContributing to the weekly team afterburner process by reflecting on personal and team performance in advanceConsistent and effective communication of information flow up the chainAbout you: Highly motivated to go above and beyondFormal sales training and experience with a proven track recordAbility to work in a group dynamic and incorporate well with a teamReal estate industry and property market knowledgeExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospectsAbility to demonstrate compassion while positioning yourself as the alpha throughout sales interactionsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization and time management skillsStrong work ethic with a focus on providing valueDemonstrates empathy, humility, and integrity at all timesBenefits at Maple Developing skills, knowledge, and experience through ongoing training.Extremely friendly and motivated team culture and work environment - making work productive and enjoyable.Flexible work hours around your scheduleThe ideal applicant for this role will likely already have been in the industry for at least 2-3 years, and understand the importance of being well-presented, organized, and self-driven.
They will have well-established knowledge on property and investing and a long-term view of becoming one of Maple Investment Group's top-performing Property Consultants.
A relevant to industry qualification is advantageous and equally as integral as having a passion for property and career growth.
