Maple Investment Group is one of the fastest growing real estate investment agencies operating across Australia. We work with clients to make their financial dreams a reality through property investing. From our initial interaction with our clients, we take them through an education process, through to strategy development which acts as the foundations to facilitate their goals - with a heavy emphasis on enabling them to build a property portfolio.

What's in it for you?

Your role will be working amongst a growing team and assisting potential clients with information regarding their suitability to purchase an investment property. Ultimately, you are the first point of contact in assisting people achieve their financial goals
This is NOT a cold calling role, you will be dialing predominantly hot, warm, inbound inquiries with a focus on understanding more about the client and their goals.
The role also involves:
Meeting with clients and providing a strategic investment plan Assessing leads' financial suitability for a Face to Face consultation, including serviceability and current financial obligations. Selling off-the-plan land and build package Working with clients, builders, and brokers Participating in all training sessions and absorbing all supporting material to aid role development. Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets Keeping detailed notes in the CRM for every attempted contact with a prospect Ensuring accurate statistics are recorded and maintained in the CRM Preparing in advance for all daily huddles and check-ins with the team Contributing to the weekly team afterburner process by reflecting on personal and team performance in advance Consistent and effective communication of information flow up the chain About you:
Highly motivated to go above and beyond Formal sales training and experience with a proven track record Ability to work in a group dynamic and incorporate well with a team Real estate industry and property market knowledge Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects Ability to demonstrate compassion while positioning yourself as the alpha throughout sales interactions Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Strong work ethic with a focus on providing value Demonstrates empathy, humility, and integrity at all times Benefits at Maple

Flexible work hours around your schedule The ideal applicant for this role will likely already have been in the industry for at least 2-3 years, and understand the importance of being well-presented, organized, and self-driven. They will have well-established knowledge on property and investing and a long-term view of becoming one of Maple Investment Group's top-performing Property Consultants.
A relevant to industry qualification is advantageous and equally as integral as having a passion for property and career growth.
