About the role:
As a Portfolio Strategist, you will be at the forefront of conducting comprehensive portfolio mapping sessions with our valued investors.
Your role involves delving into the intricacies of their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, ensuring a deep understanding that forms the foundation for tailored investment strategies.
Your expertise will be pivotal in providing continuous strategy support, empowering clients to scale their portfolios and realize their financial potential.
You will serve as a trusted guide throughout the investment process, offering expert support and insights that navigate clients towards informed and successful investment decisions.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Portfolio Strategist to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive portfolio mapping sessions with investors to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.Work closely with brokers and the acquisitions division to create buyer briefs and provide support throughout the investment process.Client Relationship Management:Reconnect with clients at various stages of their investment journey.Provide ongoing strategy support to help clients scale their portfolio and achieve their financial objectives.Guide clients through the investment process, offering expert support and insights.Business Development:Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Identify opportunities for business growth and client portfolio expansion to meet their growth.Access professional development opportunities with the potential to advance to various positions within the business, including Senior Portfolio Strategist roles.With growth in the role, your total earnings can increase to $120k – $150k as you build further relationships with our clients.Record Keeping:Maintain detailed and up-to-date records using our CRM system.Demonstrate a high level of organisational skills to manage client information effectively.Qualifications and Skills: QPIA qualification or backgrounds in financial planning, buyers agency, wealth advisory, mortgage broking, or lending is highly valuedPersonal property investment portfolio management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearlyStrong analytical skills with the ability to present and justify recommended strategies using qualitative and quantitative reasoning.You love your property research reports, podcasts, and YouTube videos.
