We are now seeking a passionate Property Investment Strategist to join our dynamic team and help our clients turn their financial goals into reality.
About the ROLE As a Property Investment Strategist, you will be instrumental in sourcing clients, conducting in-depth consultations, and guiding them through the property investment process.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique financial goals, assess opportunities, and develop tailored strategies that help them build long-term wealth.
Your key responsibilities will include: Proactively sourcing clients and identifying opportunities through lead generation and networking.Conducting in-depth consultations to fully understand clients' financial goals and circumstances.Educating clients on essential aspects of property investment, including market trends, cash flow management, and long-term planning.Presenting clear, data-driven strategies to help clients achieve sustainable wealth growth.Analyzing property investment opportunities and building customized investment roadmaps for clients through our unique and trademarked Unleash Your Wealth program.Collaborating with the team to provide full backend support and ensure a seamless client experience.What We Offer: Base salary plus uncapped commission– rewarding your success, with on-target earnings of $175,000+.Ongoing training and mentorship– ensuring continuous professional growth.Well-established brand– giving you credibility in the market with strong backing.Strong social media presence– helping you connect with prospects and build relationships online.Well-researched properties– to present to clients as strategic investment opportunities.Full backend support– including a dedicated Relationship Manager to assist with every deal.About YOU To succeed in this role, you will need:
At least 2 years of experience in property investment, financial planning, mortgage broking, or a related field.Strong knowledge of the property market and wealth-building strategies.A consultative approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply and effectively.Most importantly, a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and improve their quality of life through property investment.Desirable but not essential: Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, or a related discipline.Bilingual proficiency, enabling better connection with a diverse range of clients.Why Join Team SONI?
