Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership skills to join Southern Cross Care NSW/ACT as Deputy Residential Manager, also known as the Deputy Facility Manager position.
This full-time position is at our Facility in SCC Banora Point NSW.

Qualifications:
Degree in Nursing/Tertiary qualifications in Aged Care.
Experience in a relieving leadership/supervisory role.
Good interpersonal and written English communication skills.
Ability to play an active and positive role as part of our Care Team, providing quality care and support to frail aged people.
Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Facilities (Desirable).
Sound understanding of, and ability to correctly apply, relevant principles of the Fair Work Act (Desirable).
