About the opportunity Mercy Hospital for Women is seeking a motivated and experienced midwife to join the Learning Team.
The Learning Team is committed to providing quality education by promoting excellence in professional practice through empowering Nurses and Midwives in the public health sector.
The Clinical Midwifery Educator will work collaboratively with the Learning Manager and Program lead and clinical support, to support clinical education and training programs.

To thrive in this role, you will have: Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skill A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.

Knowledge of contemporary midwifery issues You demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving Recent clinical experience across the peri partum period Relevant post registration qualifications and experience You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
