We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team based in our National Support Office in Chullora.

Role Overview As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining our data collection systems, pipelines, and management tools.
You will mentor junior data roles and oversee the overall data architecture, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Database Management: Develop and manage databases and data storage solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical support and mentorship to junior data engineers and developers.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Retail Operations, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Finance, and more.
Innovation: Research and implement innovative technologies in line with our Data Strategy.
Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data engineering or analytics, with experience in large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, data modelling, ETL processes, and Power BI.
Familiarity with D365 as well as programming languages like Python or Java is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
