Automotive Business Manager (Finance & Insurance)Are you an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager looking for a new opportunity?

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to join us at Bayford Volkswagen Camberwell and become a valued member of our Victorian Business Manager Team.
With over 60 retail opportunities every month, we have a lot to offer to the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional, who has exceptional work ethic and a strong client focus.
Why working with us is greatOTE of $150 plus

Self-motivated and financially driven.Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles.Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.Strong sales and negotiation skills.The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.Era and DealerCell experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.Responsibilities will include:Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow-up of all enquiries/leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales.Achieving targets and KPIs in relation to the sale of Finance, Insurance, and Warranty products to dealership clients.Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our customers.Accurate and timely reporting.Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.Please note, as part of our recruitment process the successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Check with a suitable outcome prior to confirmation of employment.
