About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for an Office Coordinator (Safety) to join our team at our head office in Brisbane.
This is a 12 month maternity leave cover, Monday to Friday role.
In this position, you will: Provide administrative support to safety teamAdminister the maintenance of safety systemsUndertake safety interactionsReview and administer Safety Bulletins, Initial Incident Notifications, Significant Incident Review and Health BulletinsSupport and troubleshooting for our internal incident reporting systemPut together PowerPoint presentationsBook travel for the teamUndertake calendar and diary managementManage the process of PR's, PO's and invoice submissions for the Safety team.Assist with managing the annual subscriptions for our HSE Systems.Assist with putting together monthly & quarterly reporting submissions.Why Hastings Deering?
