Administrator – Workers Compensation

Delivering administration support to the Injury management specialist and general portfolio including other key stakeholders Full time, flexible working arrangements with potential/occasional site-based travel required Brisbane based candidates ideally The Opportunity
To partner with and support the Injury Management team including the Head of Workers Compensation to drive a continuous improvement approach in our workers compensation program.
Possessing the ability to multitask Having excellent computer skills – speed and accuracy Possessing strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with business managers and employees and other stakeholders.
Having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Being flexible and able to adapt to changes in the workplace.
Possessing a positive attitude/Having a willingness to learn About You
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and be a strong advocate for embedding best practice into daily activities.
You will be organised and efficient and willing to learn and drive a continuous improvement approach.
To be successful in your application, you will:
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration/support type roles, exposure to workers compensation, insurance would be an advantage.
Qualifications for Success
Return to Work Coordinator training appropriate to the State or Territory Valid driver's license Experience working in healthcare Certificate in Administration Certificate IV or higher in Personal Injury Management Why Healthscope?
