Delivering administration support to the Injury management specialist and general portfolio including other key stakeholdersFull time, flexible working arrangements with potential/occasional site-based travel requiredBrisbane based candidates ideallyThe OpportunityTo partner with and support the Injury Management team including the Head of Workers Compensation to drive a continuous improvement approach in our workers compensation program.Possessing the ability to multitaskHaving excellent computer skills – speed and accuracyPossessing strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with business managers and employees and other stakeholders.Having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Being flexible and able to adapt to changes in the workplace.Possessing a positive attitude/Having a willingness to learnAbout YouYou will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and be a strong advocate for embedding best practice into daily activities. You will be organised and efficient and willing to learn and drive a continuous improvement approach.To be successful in your application, you will:Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration/support type roles, exposure to workers compensation, insurance would be an advantage.Qualifications for SuccessReturn to Work Coordinator training appropriate to the State or TerritoryValid driver's licenseExperience working in healthcareCertificate in AdministrationCertificate IV or higher in Personal Injury ManagementWhy Healthscope?When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care.
