Your Impact As a Maintenance Fitter at our Wulkuraka site, you will be responsible for reliability and mechanical maintenance across the facility. The machines you will be working with help deliver products that our consumers know and love. This is your opportunity to bring your knowledge and skillset into a role you can be passionate about.
Please note: This role requires you to be available to work on a rotating shift structure with 24/7 availability.
Key Responsibilities Ensuring that the plant and all machinery/equipment is working to 100% to maximise throughput and efficiencyCompleting all required work orders with little or no impact to the production scheduleMaintaining a detailed work history captured through our maintenance management systemEnsuring that all upcoming planned maintenance and project work runs smoothlyUtilising your knowledge and experience to efficiently identify faults and rectify the faults under pressureGeneral cleaning and housekeeping of areas, tools, machineryCommunicating with co-workers and management verbally & by telephone or e-mailWorking with the maintenance manager and maintenance planner to ensure all safety related issues and risks to the plant and our equipment are realised, resolved and capturedAbout You At Asahi Beverages, we pride ourselves on hiring the right people, not only for the role but for our organisation. You have a sound knowledge of maintenance, engineering and production processes within an FMCG manufacturing environmentYou are passionate about safety, ensuring that not only yourself but that your entire team is operating in a safe manner and are following processes to a teeYou possess excellent communication skillsYou can juggle numerous responsibilities at any given time without sacrificing qualityYou have an ability to work on repetitive tasks whilst maintaining a high level of focusYou are a team player and get along with people from all walks of life, we are a very diverse and close-knit workforceYou have a passion for continuous improvementAsahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
