With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.About the roleAs Senior Manager- Procurement and Property for Perpetual Wealth Management you will:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate high-value contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.Procurement Process Optimization: Oversee and continuously improve procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, manage procurement budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities support business objectives.Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, market trends, and performance metrics to senior management.About youWe're looking for someone with:7+ Years managing indirect sourcing mainly for IT services and other procurement categories.7+ Years managing vendor strategy and commercial management for IT vendors.Solid background in IT & financial services organisation, in a commercial management role.Property management experience.Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and collaborative skills.Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, work in a dynamic environment and meet objectives.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.How we workOur unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.Employee benefitsWork from anywhere in Australia for up to one month each year.An annual allowance to empower you to prioritise your personal wellbeing.Access to LinkedIn learning, study support and commitment to supporting professional development.Diversity and inclusionWGEA Employer of Choice for gender equality since 2018.Strong commitment to all aspects of Diversity and Inclusion through a robust 7 pillar strategy.A growing number of employee-led networks who work to raise awareness and drive continued change.We support over 50 First Nations Communities, helping to secure the communities future.
