Due to the ongoing growth of this department, a new role is available, enabling an experienced Board Governance expert consultant to join the team as Governance Principal.
Your new role
As Governance Principal, you will be at the forefront of driving the growth of an already established and highly profitable portfolio locally and globally.
You will lead board governance projects and become a focal point for the clients over time.
Additionally, you will leverage existing networks, and your networks and be a competent producer of thought leadership material.
You are passionate about adding value thrive being able to independently and autonomously manage your portfolio.
The role offers a diversity of responsibilities with varying degrees of balance, including and not limited to the delivery of strategy, planning, research, operations, execution and client management.
About You
You are an experienced Board Governance professional with a background in management consulting, professional services, corporate governance, risk, legal, research or relevant fields.
You are a passionate leader with an entrepreneurial nature.
You feel in place consulting at the Board level and pride yourself on developing robust and trusted relationships at an executive level.
Remote working ensures you can be based anywhere in Australia, provided you have the skill set to deliver on your portfolio.
