About the role
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact?
TOOTHSAVERS', a leading dental practice in Mount Annan NSW, is seeking a highly organised and strategic HR Manager and Administrator to join their dynamic team.
In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people and culture initiatives that drive the success of this growing organisation.

What you'll be doing
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations Develop and implement innovative HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Provide hands-on HR support and guidance to the leadership team and employees Design and deliver tailored training programs to upskill and develop the TOOTHSAVERS' team Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Assist with general administrative duties as needed What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and workplace health and safety Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail Proficient in using HR information systems and MS Office suite Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards What we offer
