About the role Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact?
TOOTHSAVERS', a leading dental practice in Mount Annan NSW, is seeking a highly organised and strategic HR Manager and Administrator to join their dynamic team.
In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people and culture initiatives that drive the success of this growing organisation.
What you'll be doing Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relationsDevelop and implement innovative HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectivesManage the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsProvide hands-on HR support and guidance to the leadership team and employeesDesign and deliver tailored training programs to upskill and develop the TOOTHSAVERS' teamMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationAssist with general administrative duties as neededWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levelsStrong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and workplace health and safetyDemonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programsExceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detailProficient in using HR information systems and MS Office suiteCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standardsWhat we offer At TOOTHSAVERS', we are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment where our employees can thrive.
