A network that allows you to shape your career by encouraging you to contribute and truly make a difference.Your new roleThere is an opportunity for an established security professional who will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of security systems.
Build productive relationships, cultivating and managing a range of relationships and key strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders such as DC Manager and Program Manager as well as customers and third-party consultants adhering to clients' values.The role would cover: Provide a secure environment for company/customer assets – using up-to-date technology to monitor and control personnel access to sites, monitor and record inventory, and manage onsite guards.Ensure rapid response to any incident – using up-to-date sensors and alarm systems.
Management of monitoring company to ensure that business response requirements are adhered to.Oversee the management of alarm systems and site security, which is managed using the latest techniques for preventing entry to sites when unoccupied.Ensure compliance with the Customers' Security requirements and undertake regular review and management of the issues/compliance.Provide the business with an effective security solution to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to facilities.Maintain and promote the WHS policies, procedures, and systems.Participate fully in WHS audits and investigations as required.What we need from youMinimum Diploma in Security & Risk Management required and qualifications and/or experience in health and safety is desirable.A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related area of study is an advantage and preferred.Essential to hold and maintain a 1AC/2A NSW Security License and NSW Drivers License.Demonstrated experience working in a security operations management role for a minimum of 5 years in logistics or warehousing.Demonstrated experience in security systems, e.g., guard force, access control, etc.Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience in developing and mentoring teams for high performance.To apply, please select APPLY NOW or contact Julie Henderson at or for further information and a confidential conversation.
