ResMed is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Manager
for Supplier Risk Management & Sustainability
to drive our environmental and social ambitions across our supply chain.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sustainable sourcing policies, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of supplier risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives that promote sustainable and responsible supply chain practices, enhancing environmental and social outcomes.
Establish governance and reporting systems for compliance with local and global regulations concerning social and environmental aspects of the supply chain.
Monitor, track, and report on key sustainability metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver training programs on ethical sourcing, risk management, and sustainability for internal teams and suppliers.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to sustainable supply chains, ensuring ResMed remains at the forefront of ethical sourcing.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain strategies and performance.
Ensure adherence to quality control policies and regulatory requirements throughout all processes.
Let's Talk About Qualifications & Experience:
8+ years of experience in procurement, risk management, compliance, or sustainability, preferably within a global supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements related to ethical sourcing, risk management, and sustainability.
Demonstrated project management skills with experience in navigating and influencing within complex environments.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize risks, delivering effective solutions.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with strong business acumen and communication skills.
Experience in change management, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Ability to work with agility in a dynamic and changing environment.
Preferred:
A procurement/supply chain qualification or equivalent experience.
Global experience in ethical sourcing and supply chain risk management across multiple industries.
Proven ability to influence at a senior management level and deliver results on key sustainability initiatives.
