Be part of Bendigo Bank.About the roleAs the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to build the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area.
You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities.You will be responsible primarily for customer acquisition and having the ability to establish and maintain quality referral partner relationships.
Prospecting and networking skills will be critical to ensure continued growth.This position is located at the Griffith location.
The role is Permanent, Full-time.
The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.About youStrong business development capabilities and established quality referrals and networksUnderstanding of financial management, business acumen and risk frameworkHighly developed lending knowledge and credit analysis skills will be advantageousAbility to exceed customer expectations through an understanding of their individual financial needsDrive to acquire a diverse customer base and meet business targetsOrganised approach to managing volumes of work with initiative and attention to detailSelf-driven with the ability to work autonomouslyCustomer focused approach with the ability to assess customer needs and tailor practical lending solutionsWhy us?There's so much more to a career with Bendigo Bank than just banking.
