Help WiseTech Academy transform the logistics industry through education WiseTech Academy, wholly owned by WiseTech Global (ASX: WTC), is a profitable and successful ASX-listed global technology business headquartered in Sydney.As a Client Liaison / Administrator, you will play a vital role in helping WiseTech Academy achieve our mission of providing accessible and affordable online learning to the logistics industry. You will work closely with clients and users to assess their needs and recommend WiseTech Academy's products to meet those needs. You will also guide clients and users through onboarding, nurture client relationships, and manage and respond to client and user incidents and inquiries.What you'll do:Manage new opportunities by assessing clients' needs and recommending WiseTech Academy's products to meet those needsGuide clients and users through the onboarding phaseManage and respond to clients' and users' incidents and inquiries (with content, wherever possible)Develop content to communicate about WTA product functionality in response to customer needsSupport the marketing, sales, and product areas in WiseTech Academy as requiredWhat you'll have:Strong verbal and written communication skillsProactive, responsive, and able to take initiativeExperience in solving problems and driving continuous improvement in operationsExperience in customer service and administrationExperience in the logistics industry or eLearning (not essential)Why you'll love it:Work with a highly talented team who are passionate about transforming the logistics industry through educationMake a tangible impact on the success of WiseTech Academy and its clientsWork in a modern and vibrant office environment in Alexandria, SydneyBefore you apply:From time to time, WiseTech Global may use external service providers to assist us with assessing applications, including testing and background checks, on our behalf.
