About the RoleAs MOCO Food Services heads into a new modern food processing facility in Wacol, we require the expertise of a Site Maintenance Manager, who will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction for managing our facilities and fleet.
Your role will involve designing and executing comprehensive asset management strategies that align with MOCO's mission, ensuring that both facilities and vehicles operate smoothly and efficiently.
By overseeing a maintenance team dedicated to upgrading and servicing assets for high performance, you will directly contribute to MOCO Food Services' success and sustainability.
Your key duties of this role include the following:
Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for facilities and fleet to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.Lead a team in maintaining, servicing, and upgrading assets, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime.Utilise innovative technologies and industry best practices to maximise asset lifespan and support organisational objectives.In this position, you will apply your technical expertise and leadership skills to integrate cutting-edge technologies and best practices, enhancing operational effectiveness and extending the lifespan of our assets.
Your efforts will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of performance and compliance across our business.
About YouOver 10 years' experience in Engineering or Maintenance roles, showcasing advanced technical knowledge and strategic leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple high-level stakeholders with precision and efficiency, even under pressure.
Strong passion for and hands-on experience in food distribution and refrigerated transport, coupled with a strong understanding of food-related operational challenges.
Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative asset management strategies that align with organisational goals and drive sustainable success.
Highly skilled in leveraging advanced technologies and adapting to new systems, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational performance.
Skills, Experience & AttributesTrade qualified in a related Technical Vocation is highly desirable.
Expertise in formulating and executing asset management strategies to optimise facility and fleet performance and longevity.
High-level analytical skills to interpret data sets, providing actionable insights for strategic planning and operational enhancements.
Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other software, with a demonstrated ability to quickly master new tools and systems.
In-depth knowledge of WHS Act obligations and other relevant regulations, ensuring rigorous compliance and fostering a culture of safety.
Skilled in applying innovative technologies and industry best practices to address complex challenges and drive continuous improvement in asset management.
