Maintenance Supervisor

About the role Your primary objectives will be:
Manage the site maintenance team.Ensure Preventive maintenance works of site assets are carried out.Ensure work orders are executed to a high standard.Attend to and assist with unplanned breakdowns promptly and professionally.Lead the charge and suggest/implement improvement strategies.Ensure that all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the machine manufacturer's recommended schedule and specifications.Report to the engineering manager and site production team in a professional manner.Ensure you abide by and promote all LOTO procedures and safety regulations.To be successful in this role you will be required to: Ensure all maintenance/repairs/Installations are carried out with a high regard for the safety of yourself and others.Be technically minded in an FMCG environment.Ensure all maintenance/repairs/Installations are carried out using appropriate tools.Identify faults and perform breakdown repairs to minimize downtime and micro-stops caused by production machinery and equipment.Provide instructions effectively and coordinate with all Operation and engineering managers.Produce high-quality work in a professional manner.Maintain and improve OH&S and overall operational standards in the workplace.Be able to motivate and support your team.Highly regarded: Experience working in the Industrial maintenance sector.Knowledge and experience in the use of maintenance systems such as SAP, MEX, or similar.Have a good work ethic and attitude towards others.Experience working with high-speed automated systems and the ability to fault find effectively.Competitive salary on offerGreat team environment.Day shift.APPLY now or for more information about the role call Ryan Davies on or if you prefer you can send your CV directly to [email protected]
