MA Services Group now has the largest Covert team in Australia and we are still growing.
We are looking for Monitoring Centre Operators, who will work closely with the Control room Manager, National Operations Manager and willing to work in a team environment.
The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Overview: Operating in our A1 Graded Monitoring CentreMonitoring of alarm systems for both commercial and residential sites in accordance with client instructionsRemote monitoring of CCTV systemsProviding a consistent level of customer serviceAttending to a high-level volume of inbound/outbound callsEnsuring high accuracy with confidential client information and maintaining monitoring database with Data Entry and administration tasks.Skills and experience: Previous experience with Patriot Monitoring System is an advantage.An excellent phone manner, with a polite, friendly, and positive attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize dutiesStrong problem solving and decision-making abilitiesThe ability to deal with challenging customers & scenariosThe ability to work as part of a team environment with a reliable and positive attitudeMicrosoft Office and general IT and fast Typing skills.Requirements: Hold or be able to obtain a current Victorian Private Security License (Monitoring Centre Operator)Be available to work on a rotating roster (Days/Nights/Weekends)Ideally have your own transportBe a quick thinker, flexible with change and a fast learner.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
