Our Rebuilds Service Advisors are the first point of contact to scope and win Rebuild work for WesTrac.
We are looking for a Mechanical and an Electrical Rebuild Adviser to join our knowledgeable and welcoming team. Reporting to the Rebuilds Service Advisory Supervisor, the Rebuilds Service Advisors are accountable to work with customers, both internal and external, to scope and price work for the Rebuilds workshop based in Welshpool.
This includes developing quotations/estimates for a wide range of Cat Mining equipment, reviewing part listings to enable safe and efficient rebuild of equipment.
We work with our Sales Teams to advise customers on rebuild options, to understand and meet customer expectations.
We also work closely with our Execution teams on variations to scope, refining future quotes and providing support when required.
Occasional site travel is required as a part of this role's duties.

Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)
