Please note this is a site-based role on a 9:5 roster.THE POSITIONPragmatic HR generalist with solid experience within a fast-paced service businessProvide advice and support to line managers on HR/IR/ER matters including performance management, remuneration, and HR policies and proceduresCoach line managers on how to engage, develop, reward and retain their employeesAssist in the resolution of employee grievancesRoll-out HR initiatives, strategies and tools, and monitor compliance with industrial instruments and HR metricsCollaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a seamless delivery to all stakeholdersTHE PERSONTertiary qualification in HR/IR/ERCert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training desirableMinimum 5 years HR experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacyProblem solving skills and also the ability to recognise opportunities for improvementDemonstrates initiativeHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain a professional and positive approach when dealing with issues of a confidential, personal or difficult natureAbility to be pro-active, well organised and work independentlyExperience in organisational and company culture developmentTHE BENEFITSPaid parental leaveAccess to a wide variety of training & developmentPersonal and site-based recognition programsImmediate access to 100+ retail discounts accessible from your mobileWe are committed to providing a recruitment process that is fair, equitable and accessible for all.
