Job Description Our client is rapidly growing and the Talent Acquisition team is an integral driving force.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for high volume hiring needs across multiple business unitsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting plansDevelop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract talentContinuously analyse and evaluate recruitment processes to identify opportunities for improvementBe an active part of ongoing projectsThe Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have a strong track record with volume recruitment and possess;
Previous experience managing high volume recruitment processes (ideally a blend of agency and internal)Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with key stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple searches and prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skills and ability to prioritiseWhat's on Offer Permanent positionAttractive annual salary $80,000 - $90,000 + superannuationDiscounts on insurance, energy deals etc - new incentives added regularlyRapidly growing Australian Owned BusinessCareer progression development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
