We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team based out of our Gunnedah branch primarily supporting Mining and Maintenance Projects across the region.
In this role you will be part of and based out of our Gunnedah Workshop, however majority of your role will see you working between multiple sites supporting our customers fleets, shutdowns and ensuring the reliability of our this machinery.
Reporting to the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for: Performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance service and upgrades on a broad range of Hitachi machineryAttending to production breakdowns and undertaking diagnostic workBeing a part of a build team commissioning new equipmentLiaising with technical support staff to achieve the most efficient outcomes and assist in product improvementsCompletion and submission of all relevant documentation and reporting paperworkMaintaining good working relationship with customers, peers and other departmentsIdentification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibilityTo be successful you will need: Relevant Trade CertificateIntermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reportsGood communication skillsHave a safety focus and abide by site safety processesStrong ability to adapting yourself to different teams, rosters, environments and workloadsEnsure that you provide 100% Customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.In return you will receive: A competitive hourly rate + super + overtime (where required) and the potential to earn bi-annual bonusesAn opportunity to work on a wide range of Hitachi Construction MachineryA collaborative and flexible roster with a real focus on work/lifebalanceAccess to ongoing OEM training and benefitsExcellent safe working conditionsWith a solid network of branches nationally, we know that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading equipment and our quality people, and as such we strive to provide the best working environment possible.
