This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Emergency response in dealing with internal and external breachesCompetent in the use of physical and mechanical restraints for patient transport and patient watchProviding excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors.Regularly patrol the premises and report any suspicious activityPerform Lock/Unlock and security checksFire panel and evacuation responseWriting daily activity reports into the reporting systemX-ray Screening – Walk-through metal detector (WTMD) and Handheld metal detector (HHMD) skills preferredWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetAustralian Citizen or Full working rightsVictorian Security LicenseCovid 19 - Vaccinations x 3 (including the Booster)Competent in MS Office SharePoint and associated programsWell-presented and great verbal/written communication skills24hr flexibility to work a rotating roster – 12 hr shiftsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
