Global Help Desk Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Global Help Desk Manager to oversee and optimise their global operations. This role is crucial for scaling their support systems as they continue to grow, ensuring efficient ticket management, client support, and technical integrations.
This hands-on role will also involve participation in key projects to maintain a strong understanding of their SaaS/HaaS hardware and software.
Occasional travel within Australia and to the U.S. is required. What's in it for you?Salary package up to $150k inclusiveFull-time permanent role with an ASAP StartHybrid workingWork closely with clients to understand their specific needs, ensuring that the help desk provides tailored support solutions.Lead and manage global help desk teams across regions including, but not limited to, Australia, the Philippines, and North America, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.ABOUT YOU:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT Management, Project Management, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in an IT helpdesk or related position.Proven ability to manage a global/remote team.Strong relationship building skills.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Occasional travel within Australia and to the U.S. required.This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing global team and work with some of the world's largest corporate and retail organisations, so APPLY NOW by attaching your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant skills and experience.
