There is a strong team culture that has developed over many years and a real sense of teamwork and collaboration on site.Due to the rural nature of the location, therapists will have the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team with a huge breadth of diagnoses, ages, and disability types – particularly access to early intervention clients providing the opportunity for rapid career development.At Alstonville an average caseload is about 40% on-site and 60% community-based, and we also provide outreach support across the Far North Coast.
