We work with our clients to identify their goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them live life to its fullest potential.
Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Rehabilitation Counsellors.

Your duties will include:Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants;Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;Assisting clients with health conditions to achieve return to health and work outcomes;Completing assessments using your clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments.You'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors ASORC or Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australia RCAA is mandatory;Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded;Excellent communication skills;Compassion, kindness, and empathy;Strong time management skills;Current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.Our core values include:Integrity: honest, ethical, and transparent communication;Collaboration: enabling each other to thrive;Customer experience: delivering exceptional service;Quality & Innovation: seeking new opportunities and improving;Sustainability: delivering meaningful outcomes for our team and communities.If you would like to have a confidential discussion about the role (quoting REF5819P) or express interest in a career with IPAR, please contact our Talent Acquisition Advisor - Tammy on or or connect on LinkedIn: are welcome here.
