About the role : The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for accurate demand forecasting and managing overall inventory levels to support eStore sales.
This role will involve owning the end-to-end planning and demand forecast management, including but not limited to, aged inventory risk management, out of stock management, and delivery fulfilment.
Duties and Responsibilities : SCM & Planning Demand management and input of sell-out / sell-in forecastEnsure promotion based forecast is planned and reflected in the system to capitalize on sales opportunitiesEnsure that forecast is accurate and is shaped to achieve Sales TargetSales Order and Delivery Order Management Manage and monitor sales orders in the SAP Global ERP SystemMonitor status of delivery ordersMonitor and maintain inventory levelsInventory management and Distribution Planning Monitor daily inventory holding levels for all SKUs in D2C ChannelProactive aged inventory management to reduce slow moving inventoryManage safety stock levels in order to provide flexible supplyCoordinate the internal order process with order desk to be passed to 3PL WMS system at right timeCoordinate deliveries with 3PL to fulfill the delivery requirement from customerAbout YOU : Ideally 2 years of demand forecasting and planning / SCM operation / Customer facing experience / Multi-dimensional analysis experienceTertiary degree in Business, Supply Chain or related disciplineWhat's in it for you?
