Focusing on Clinical Training & DevelopmentFT Mon - Fri role with flexible start-finish timeThe Role:You will be responsible for delivering Education to all clinical staff in this portfolio of RAC homes.
Duties include maintaining infection prevention and control by conducting audits, and continuous improvement of staff development.We are seeking a highly skilled clinician with strong training and mentorship skills who has a real focus on delivering education programs to ensure all staff can reach their potential.Key details:Contribute as a key member of the leadership team to upskill all staffSalary based on experience with access to NFP Salary PackagingWork closely with the on-site Managers and support staffEnsure a compliant & high standard of care for all residentsBe part of a Values-driven NFP aged care organisationSmall amount of travel involved in local areaThe Requirements:Valid Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Qualifications - EssentialPrevious experience working in aged care Education or Quality rolesA desire for self-improvement for yourself, staff, and residentsCert IV in Training & Assessment- EssentialIf you'd like more information before submitting an application, feel free to call me for a confidential discussion.
