About the role Everglow is seeking an experienced and professional Rostering Officer responsible for the efficient scheduling of Personal Care Workers for our clients.
Working as a member of our Rostering Team, the successful applicant will ensure the timely and effective delivery of services to our clients so that they receive the support they require.
You will be required to liaise with employees, clients and families in the execution of your role.

Skills and experience About you: Experience rostering in a medium to large organisation Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills An effective communicator with excellent customer service skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities Able to demonstrate your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Self-motivated and outcome orientated, with the capacity to deal with multiple and at times conflicting priorities.
