We have exciting opportunities for a Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across both The Ville Resort-Casino and Ardo.
The Role As the Front Office Assistant Manager, you will contribute to the day-to-day operation and administration of the Hotel Department, including supervising the Front Office team.
You will liaise with customers who request Managerial attention ensuring a positive experience, assist in the preparation of Front Office forecasts, reporting, rostering and timesheets and ensure that you remain abreast of all current promotions, activities and events within the Hotel and Casino.
About You Previous experience and an understanding of Hotel Front Office OperationsOpen Qld Drivers License is PreferredTertiary qualification in a Business-related discipline preferredExperience in leading professional hospitality teams within large corporate organisations, or site propertyDemonstrated ability in developing productive relationships and managing and driving changeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of relevant legislation and regulationsExperience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud is highly desirable.Extremely high attention to detail.Time management skills with the ability to multitask.Work across our two properties, The Ville Resort-Casino, the region's premier destination for dining, events and entertainment as well as the region's newest luxury hotel; Ardo.About Us The Ville is tropical North Queensland's premier destination for dining, events and entertainment; located in gorgeous Townsville boasting 300 days of sunshine every year.
