This crucial role will drive strategic direction, cultivate a strong team culture, reinforce core values, and ensure a supportive and secure environment for sustained growth and success.Great competitive base salary plus bonus incentives.Company vehicle provided.Laptop provided and phone expenses fully covered.The RoleReporting to the Company's CEO, this exciting new leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue generation, upholding professional standards, and ensuring seamless business operations across both commercial and retail sectors.
The remit will include enhancing the customer experience, fostering team development, developing financial and operational efficiencies, and spearheading innovation across all business functions.Duties include:Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Sales and Operations Teams to drive high performance, efficiencies and excellent customer service.Developing, implementing, and optimising operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across stores and distribution centres, leveraging regular audits and performance improvement initiatives.Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within retail stores and the commercial departments.Oversee market growth by managing new store launches, including assisting site selection, overall setup, and team onboarding.Championing and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and elevate the overall shopping experience online and instore.Overseeing budgets, controlling operational expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met whilst maximising profitability through effective resource management.Liaising with internal teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing, to plan and execute initiatives that drive outcomes and address key business challenges.Ensuring daily operational goals are exceeded, including dispatch efficiency, warranty claims, quality assurance, and achieving warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and waste reduction.Ensure adherence to all internal policies and procedures through proactive regulatory management.About YouYou will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Director, General Manager or similar position.High level knowledge of retail sector as well as distribution and logistics management.Proven track record of successfully leading & managing multi-site retail and B2B operations.Proven ability to lead commercial projects related to supply chain, procurement applications, and venue openings/development.Exceptional strategic thinker with robust financial management and analytical skills, capable of developing and applying strategic initiatives and making data-driven decisions to drive commercial success.Demonstrate excellent problem solving, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Demonstrate exceptional ability to lead and manage staff.Proficient ability to use ERP and Financial software.Ability to develop, practice and teach high level Customer Service / Sales systems.If you are a strategic leader with the expertise and experience to guide a dynamic organisation toward continued growth and success, we invite you to submit your application and become a key driver of our future achievements.Please send your application inclusive of your Curriculum Vitae and a one page cover letter addressing the role requirements.
